The sale of a copy of the Koran more than two million dollars

Hall announced that the British auction house Christie's a copy of the Koran dating back to the thirteenth century, was sold Tuesday at a record price of two million, 231 thousand dollars.

And sold this version of the Koran at an auction of works of Islamic and Indian art has a yield of about 12 million dollars.
